How is a nutritionist different from a dietitian?

A dietitian is a medical doctor who treats diseases with nutrition. A nutritionist works with healthy people: building a sustainable diet, improving weight and well-being, forming habits. If I suspect a medical condition, I always refer you to a doctor.

Do I need lab tests?

Not required, but recommended: labs reveal deficiencies and make the plan more precise. I'll give you a list of basic markers — you can get them done at any lab convenient for you.

How do sessions work if I'm in another city or country?

Everything happens online: video calls plus messaging in whichever messenger you prefer. Time zones are not a problem — we schedule calls at a time that works for you.

Will I have to give up my favourite foods?

No. Strict bans are the main cause of breakdowns. We'll fit the foods you love into your diet in reasonable amounts.

What if it doesn't work for me?

That's exactly what coaching is for: I'm with you the whole month, and if something isn't working — we adjust the plan instead of giving up. "Failing" is something that happens alone, not with a specialist at your side.
